Crytek has decided to retrace its steps, announcing the release of Crysis Remastered for Nintendo Switch on July 23, the date originally planned to debut the title on the Nintendo’s console.
Only a week ago Crytek had decided to postpone the release of Crysis Remastered to meet the demands of users who in previous leaks appeared on the network had questioned the quality of the graphics sector of the title. Now with a new announcement the studio has decided to set the release date for the Nintendo Switch version of Crysis Remastered to 23 July. The PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions remain a mystery.
As the official Nintendo website says “the classic first-person shooter from Crytek is back with action-based gameplay, an open world and exciting battles you loved the last time…”.
As for the other versions of Crysis Remastered, the studio should use the extra time to finish the game and in particular to adjust the overall quality of the graphics. All that remains is to wait for new official news. Meanwhile on the pages of Everyeye is available a special on the Crysis series.
